Cancelation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled service. On the day of your scheduled service, we will contact you before your service appointment to confirm any necessary details/information. Should any scheduling issues arise, please contact our customer service department immediately to receive further assistance at (800) 809-1228. *Please be advised, a $150 inconvenience surcharge may be incurred should service cancellation/rescheduling take place out of the 24 hour advance notice time window.
